I had a wonderful experience at the Tend - Pentagon City location. What really stands out about this place is the exceptional service from everyone, from the front desk to the back office. Ms. Evie (pronounced Eve), who greeted our party of two, was incredibly warm and welcoming. Her professionalism, paired with her cheerful attitude, really lifted my spirits, especially since I wasn’t having the best day before arriving at the dental office. Evie is truly skilled at her job. Although there was a slight mix-up with my registration, Evie was determined not to let it impact my visit and she distracted me by inviting me to freshen up in the "Brushery" before my treatment. RIGHT ON TIME! Just as I was worried about the toast in my teeth. Ms. Edit (sounds like Edith without the H) provided me with the best consultation and teeth cleaning I've ever experienced, and I've been to dental offices all over the world. She is hands down the best hygienist, and I guarantee she'll be your favorite hygienist! Edit didn’t just clean my teeth; she also provided a thorough examination and great recommendations for improving my health. To top off my visit, Dr. T came in for my dental exam. I really appreciated that she took the time to review my records before entering the room. Our discussion about my dental history felt like chatting with a friend who knew my journey for the past twenty years. Even though it was my first time meeting Dr. T, she made sure to be well-informed so we could have a meaningful conversation instead of the usual impersonal interaction where dentists just go over x-rays; many times, while turning their back when they speak with you. To close out my visit, Ms. Kat went over my treatment plan with me. Her respectful and balanced approach made discussing the costs associated easy. I cannot say enough about how respectful she is; it takes true balance and keen sales ability to have a conversation with a stranger about costs, all the while having no idea if she was speaking with a person who has plenty of resources or not very much at all. Kat made no assumptions, answered my questions, and wrapped up my experience at Tend by ensuring I walked away feeling informed, ready for next steps, and genuinely happy. Overall, I really appreciate the entire team’s effort and how well they collaborated to make my visit to Tend Pentagon City a memorable one. Parking: This location is quite convenient. The building is surrounded by various businesses, so there’s a good chance of finding street parking nearby. If you prefer to avoid the hassle, there are public parking garages right next door and public transportation. Accessibility: Tend Dental is located on the first floor, on the street corner, which makes it an ideal spot for those with accessibility needs or mobility challenges. This thoughtful design ensures that everyone can comfortably visit the office. New Clients: If you're a new client, you receive a range of accessories including an electronic toothbrush, a manual toothbrush, dental floss, toothpaste, a hygiene bag, and an assortment of discounts for local retailers. It's a great opportunity to make a day of your visit to Pentagon City. The color palette gives off Tiffany vibes, and I absolutely love it!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Tend during our routine exams and cleanings. Dr. Park and Maya were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire visit both comfortable and efficient. We really appreciated that they didn’t push any unnecessary treatments, but instead provided helpful insights on what to keep an eye on for future visits. The office is immaculate and modern, with thoughtful touches like sunglasses to protect your eyes and headphones so you can enjoy a show on the ceiling-mounted TV. The visit ended on a high note with a great goodie bag that included a toothbrush, floss picks, and toothpaste—an added bonus to an already excellent experience! Definitely one of the best dental office in town!

Really enjoyed my visit here. Establishment is clean and modern, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, doctors take their time to go over treatments and recommendations. I’ve had treatment here and a cleaning so far and it’s been a great experience.! Will be recommending to my friends.😁
